What's my story?
I am a competitive boxer and boxing coach/trainer. Traveling is in my blood and my most recent adventures have brought me to Italy with my children and Cameroon to visit extended family. I have a strong affinity for languages, sports and music and a nerdy passion for analytics and statistics. I live my life as a global citizen (as I have a global family) and am a consummate listener and "translator" of words, numbers, and ideas.

Writing
For many years, I have been a freelance journalist, columnist, content consultant & creator, and editor. Writing - crafting the message, the story, the experience - has been and always will be at the core of all of my work. I have consulted for business owners looking to establish a brand identity and a following. I have interviewed local and global heroes. I have written and published personal essays, plays, poems, email campaigns, websites, and much more.

I have developed, from the ground up, marketing strategy for businesses across all marketing funnels - digital, email, analogue, OOH . I am an experienced content creator with a deep nerdy passion for establishing a successful, data-driven funnel for all content touchpoints.
Community Engagement
For years I have worked with community leaders, business owners and non-profits to provide successful engagement and sponsorship opportunities where the need for awareness and resources is the greatest. Social justice, education and food access are my passion.

We provide organic marketing strategy including social media management & maintenance, website copy and messaging, email marketing, advertising campaign build outs from the ground up, and project-based services for non-profits and small-to-medium sized businesses.
